I am a highly motivated and results-driven mechanical engineer residing in the Metro Detroit area with a strong passion for innovation and problem-solving. My professional experience at General Motors has provided me with a proven track record of improving battery technology, from cell design and performance to thermal management. I'm adept at navigating complex projects, developing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
Beyond my engineering endeavors, I'm also a self-taught software developer. I independently coded, developed, validated, and launched four applications on the Apple App Store, showcasing my entrepreneurial spirit and ability to learn and apply new technologies. This experience has given me a solid foundation in software development principles and practices.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and staying active. My hobbies include golf, tennis, hiking, chess and playing cards.

- Facilitated supplier technical discussions for high-volume sourcing of a new product to General Motors
- Documented and improved electrification battery cell templates and knowledge base through best practices

GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION
- Characterized, tested, and published multiple GM Worldwide Engineering Standards involving thermal properties for several battery cell formats
- Coordinated and developed thermal runaway experiments and published GM Worldwide Engineering Standards for pressure vessel testing to evaluate battery cell chemistry stability
- Oversaw multiple advance technical work projects investigating nonuniform heat generation and internal welding concepts
- Established several development projects to improve baseline cell metrics and standard works to progress cell design

- Released commodities for start of production including module cold plates, thermal interface materials and cell adhesives
- Launched advanced technical work projects on optimizing cold plate to reduce cost and mass, estimated total savings of $300,000
